Terms and Conditions

True Clean Car Wash and Detail Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 19, 2026

These terms govern services, car wash memberships, prepaid plans, and the text club provided by Crossroads Express LLC, doing business as True Clean Car Wash & Detail (“True Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The plan and price disclosures presented when you enroll form part of your agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

Services and safe use

Follow posted instructions and attendant directions. Before entering the wash, secure your vehicle and remove or retract items as directed. Tell an attendant about loose or damaged parts, aftermarket accessories, or other conditions that may affect safe washing. We may decline a vehicle that cannot safely use our equipment. Eligibility and clearance restrictions are posted at the location.

Vehicles must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Overall height must be under 7 feet 2 inches, including accessories and carried equipment.
  • Tire width must not exceed 14.5 inches.
  • Excessive aftermarket accessories, add-ons, or equipment that interfere with safe washing are not permitted. An attendant may inspect the vehicle and determine whether it can safely enter.
  • Truck beds must not contain items weighing less than 40 pounds. Truck bed contents are reviewed case by case; items weighing 40 pounds or more are not automatically approved. An attendant may require removal of any contents that could shift, become dislodged, or damage the vehicle or equipment.

Meeting the stated dimensions does not guarantee that a vehicle is safe for the wash. Follow the attendant’s final safety instructions.

Service availability may change because of weather, maintenance, safety, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Detailing scope, price, appointment requirements, and any approved additional charges will be disclosed when booked or authorized. Memberships include only the services described for the purchased plan.

Memberships and recurring billing

Memberships automatically renew and charge the authorized payment method monthly, every six months, or annually, depending on the selected plan, until canceled. Each renewal is for another term of the same length unless you agree to a different plan. Monthly plans are billed monthly; semiannual plans are billed for six months at a time; annual plans are billed for one year at a time. Before enrollment, we disclose the selected plan, recurring price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and fees, first charge, promotional period if any, regular price after a promotion, and cancellation method. You must affirmatively agree to recurring billing before charges begin.

Your enrollment confirmation provides a copy of the applicable terms and instructions for cancellation. Keep it for your records. Merely joining the text club or redeeming a free wash does not authorize a paid membership or recurring charges.

Your billing date and recurring price appear in your enrollment confirmation. We will give notice of material changes, price increases, and renewals when required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred. If you do not want to continue at a changed price, you may cancel before the next charge using the available cancellation process.

Promotional offers

Promotional offers vary over time. The offer presented and accepted when you enroll or redeem a promotion governs its eligibility, discount, duration, included services, redemption limits, and other restrictions. A later promotion does not automatically change an existing membership or entitle an existing member to different pricing.

If a promotion includes an introductory membership price, your enrollment disclosures identify the promotional price and duration, the regular recurring price that follows, and when regular billing begins. After the promotional period, your membership renews at the disclosed regular price unless canceled. A paid membership and recurring charges require your separate affirmative authorization.

Membership use

Memberships provide unlimited washes with no daily wash limit for the vehicle enrolled in the plan. Frequent legitimate washing is not membership abuse.

Commercial and fleet vehicles are permitted when they meet the wash safety restrictions. Qualifying fleets may enroll in a separate discounted fleet plan, subject to the fleet eligibility requirements and pricing provided at enrollment. Contact management for fleet eligibility and available rates.

You may transfer your membership to another vehicle at any time by contacting our staff. Transfers must not be excessive. Management determines whether transfer frequency or patterns constitute excessive transfers or membership abuse. Accounts determined by management to involve excessive transfers will be canceled and banned from True Clean. The account holder must contact management to resolve the issue before the account or membership may be used again. Reinstatement requires management approval. This vehicle transfer policy applies to monthly, semiannual, and annual memberships. Any handling of remaining prepaid value remains subject to applicable law.

Do not share or misuse membership credentials contrary to your plan rules. We may restrict or end membership for documented misuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or material violation of these terms. We will address any remaining prepaid value and required notices in accordance with applicable law.

Canceling membership renewals

You may cancel future membership renewals at any time without a cancellation fee. Sign in to your membership account at https://trueclean.mywashaccount.com/login and use the cancellation option. This applies to monthly, semiannual, and annual memberships. For enrollments made online or through electronic communications, we provide a simple online cancellation mechanism as required by Colorado law. You may also cancel by calling 303-526-9989 or emailing info@truecleancarwash.com. We handle telephone and email requests as soon as possible. Email cancellation requests may take up to three days to process. To avoid processing delays close to your renewal date, use the online cancellation option. When canceling by phone or email, provide the vehicle license plate number and the phone number associated with your membership so we can locate your account. Do not email full payment card details.

We promptly process cancellation requests and provide confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. A charge already processed before cancellation is subject to the refund policy below and applicable law. We do not require you to accept a retention offer before completing cancellation.

Canceling future renewals does not immediately end access. Regardless of when you cancel during a paid term, membership access continues through the night before your next scheduled billing date and ends before that billing date. For semiannual and annual memberships, this means the end of the current paid six month or annual term, respectively. This provision addresses voluntary cancellation of renewals; account termination for abuse is addressed separately above.

Replying STOP to a text message unsubscribes you from messaging; it does not cancel your paid membership. Use the membership cancellation process to stop recurring membership renewals.

Refunds and billing questions

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to manager approval, except where a refund is required by law. To request a refund, call 303-526-9989 or email info@truecleancarwash.com. We generally approve refunds for a billed membership period when the membership has not been used during that period. Approval and the amount refunded depend on the account history and circumstances; a refund is not automatic. This policy applies to monthly, semiannual, and annual memberships. Requesting a refund does not itself cancel future renewals; please also complete the cancellation process if you want to stop future billing.

Contact info@truecleancarwash.com or 303-526-9989 promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits refunds, payment dispute rights, or other remedies required by law. Nonuse alone does not cancel a membership or stop authorized recurring charges.

Membership pauses

To pause your membership, call 303-526-9989, request a suspension, and provide a restart date. We record the agreed suspension and restart date for your account.

Membership and billing automatically resume on the restart date you provide, without an additional reminder or warning, except for any notice required by law. The plan’s recurring billing schedule resumes from that date. If you do not want billing to restart, contact us to change the pause arrangement or cancel before that date. Cancellation remains available during a pause using the methods above.

Prepaid six month and annual plans

Prepaid plans provide service for the term disclosed at purchase. The purchase confirmation states the start and end dates, included services, total price, and transfer rules.

Six month and annual plans automatically renew for another six month or annual term, respectively, unless canceled before renewal. The authorized payment method is charged the renewal price disclosed for the plan. Before enrollment, we disclose the initial term and price, automatic renewal term, recurring charge, and cancellation process and obtain affirmative authorization. We provide renewal reminders and notices of material changes as required by applicable law.

Cancel future renewals by signing in at https://trueclean.mywashaccount.com/login, calling 303-526-9989, or emailing info@truecleancarwash.com, subject to the processing information above. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund the current prepaid term. Refund requests follow the case by case manager review policy above, subject to applicable law.

Vehicle transfers follow the membership use and transfer policy above.

Text club enrollment and consent

The True Clean text club offers promotional messages, free wash offers, discounts, and updates. Follow the enrollment instructions displayed with the current text club offer or signup form to join. Where applicable, we may also send appointment or account messages under separate service messaging consent.

The enrollment process explains the messages you are agreeing to receive, including any automated marketing texts, and obtains required consent. We retain consent records. Promotional text enrollment is offered during detailing appointment and membership signup. You may enroll at that time by providing the required promotional messaging consent. Marketing consent is separate from authorizing membership charges and is not required to book detailing or purchase a membership.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you enroll. Notify us if you change or give up that number. Offers are subject to the terms disclosed with each offer.

Text club opt out and support

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@truecleancarwash.com or 303-526-9989. We also honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent as required by law. After opting out, you may receive one nonpromotional confirmation. To rejoin, complete a new enrollment.

Text delivery depends on your carrier and network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages for emergencies or send sensitive payment information by text.

Customers may enroll in the text club during detailing appointment or membership signup, but messaging consent and paid membership authorization are separate. Canceling a paid membership does not automatically withdraw a separately given text club consent; you may opt out of promotional texts at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is accessible through the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of https://trueclean.mywashaccount.com/login. Mobile information, text message opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information to operate and deliver our messaging program.

Vehicle damage and responsibility

True Clean takes responsibility for vehicle damage caused by employee error or equipment malfunction. Except for those causes and any responsibility imposed by applicable law, True Clean does not accept responsibility for the items, conditions, or causes listed below.

Subject to that qualification, the exclusions cover:

  • Vehicles more than ten years old or with 100,000 miles or more.
  • Antennas; front and rear windshield wipers.
  • Windshields and all other glass, including moonroofs and sunroofs.
  • Trim, molding, mirrors, and bug guards.
  • Known or common vehicle-specific defects or problems.
  • Rear wheel covers; headlights, taillights, light racks, and third brake lights.
  • Rims, valve stems, tires, and running boards.
  • Pre-existing damage, rock chips, scratches, and loose or broken items.
  • Aftermarket, non-factory, or custom items and equipment.
  • Matte paint and finishes.
  • Damage caused by driver error, including failure to follow posted instructions or attendant directions.
  • Vehicles that do not meet the clearance and other vehicle restrictions stated in these terms and posted at the wash.

Age, mileage, wear, defects, loose attachments, prior repairs, or existing damage may make a vehicle or component more vulnerable during washing. Tell an attendant about these conditions before entering. We may decline service when a vehicle cannot safely use the wash.

These exclusions do not override our responsibility for damage caused by employee error or equipment malfunction, including damage to an item listed above. A scratch or broken component discovered after a wash does not, by itself, establish its cause; we review the circumstances and available evidence.

Report suspected damage to an attendant as soon as practical, preferably before leaving the property, or contact 303-526-9989 or info@truecleancarwash.com. Provide your contact information, license plate, visit date and approximate time, a description of the concern, and available photographs. We may review vehicle condition, camera footage, equipment records, and other relevant information to investigate. Reporting after leaving does not automatically eliminate a claim or any legal rights.

Nothing in this section releases True Clean from willful or wanton misconduct, violations of legal duties that cannot be waived, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service concerns and legal rights

Report a service concern or suspected damage to an attendant as soon as practical and contact info@truecleancarwash.com or 303-526-9989 with relevant details so we can investigate. This reporting request does not eliminate rights or remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Colorado law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms prospectively. We provide notice and obtain additional agreement when required by law. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges, expand text message consent, or remove rights relating to an existing prepaid purchase.
