Who we are

Crossroads Express LLC, doing business as True Clean Car Wash & Detail (“True Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides car wash, detailing, and membership services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, services, membership programs, and text club.

Information we collect

Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Vehicle and membership information, such as vehicle descriptions, license plate or membership tag identifiers, selected plans, account activity, and wash history, where used by our systems.
  • Transaction information, such as purchases, billing status, and payment references. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.
  • Appointment information, inquiries, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Text and email preferences, enrollment records, consent records, and unsubscribe requests.
  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies where deployed.
  • Security camera footage recorded on site, which may include images of customers, vehicles, and license plates.

How we use information

We use information to provide washes and detailing, administer memberships and payments, manage appointments, deliver offers you request, answer questions, send service notices, maintain consent and opt-out records, improve our services, protect against fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use security footage, including any captured license plates, to help protect customers, staff, and property and investigate incidents or service concerns. We send promotional texts when you have provided the required consent. Promotional text enrollment is offered as part of detailing appointment and membership signup. We use your phone number to enroll you when you provide the required promotional messaging consent during that process. Consent to marketing texts is not required to book detailing or purchase a membership.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with providers that perform services for us, including payment processing, membership management, appointment scheduling, website hosting, customer support, and messaging delivery. These providers receive information needed to perform their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. Information may also be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile information, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share these records with providers that help operate and deliver our messaging program solely for those purposes.

Text club privacy

When you enroll in our text club, we collect your mobile number, messaging activity, and consent preferences to administer the program and deliver messages. See our Terms and Conditions for text club details. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to withdraw messaging consent. We honor other reasonable requests to stop messages as required by law. We may send a single nonpromotional confirmation of your opt-out.

You may enroll in the text club during detailing appointment or membership signup, or through another advertised enrollment method, with the required messaging consent. Messaging consent and authorization for membership charges are separate. Opting out of texts does not cancel a car wash membership or stop authorized recurring membership charges.

Cookies and online choices

Where used, cookies and similar technologies support site functions, remember preferences, and help measure site use. You may adjust browser settings to limit cookies; some functions may be affected. If we use technologies requiring additional consent or opt-outs, we provide those choices as applicable.

We do not currently offer a dedicated cookie preference link. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and contact info@truecleancarwash.com with questions or applicable privacy requests.

Privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing and access your information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

Submit a request by emailing info@truecleancarwash.com or calling 303-526-9989. Explain your request and provide sufficient information to locate your records. We may verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any denial and available appeal rights.

If the Colorado Privacy Act applies to our processing, you may appeal a denied request by contacting info@truecleancarwash.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the applicable statutory period. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at https://coag.gov/file-complaint/\. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering account activity, legal and tax requirements, disputes, security, and consent recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children and third-party services

Our website and text club are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Links to third-party websites or services are governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies when using those services.

Policy updates

We may update this policy and revise the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making changes to how we use information.
