Can I use the Vacuums and other amenities if I do not to use the wash?

Yes! Of course! Our vacuums and all other amenities are free regardless of if you wash or not.

Will my vehicle fit in the wash?

Most stock and even custom vehicles fit in the wash, but we do have some limitations. Must be under 7 feet 2 inches, no lower than a 5 inch undercarriage clearance, tires must not exceed 15 inches wide and no dual tires. If you do not fit into the wash we do offer a hand wash for any type of vehicle which can be scheduled online or give us a call.

Can I Wash with Non-Factory Items – Such as a Bike Rack, Ski Racks and Cargo Racks?

It is always best to remove non-factory items so we can provide you with the best wash possible, but we are able to accommodate vehicles with non-factory items. Please make sure to remove anything in the racks such as bikes, skis, wheelchairs etc.

Does my Truck Bed need to empty before entering the wash?

We do prefer an empty bed but we do allow most items to remain in the bed if they are over 40 pounds. Regardless of what is left in the bed a True Clean Car Wash Team Member will assess on a case by case basis to determine the safest route for our customers and our equipment.

Can I purchase a membership with cash?

Memberships are only available for purchase with a credit card.

How can I sign up for the membership?

You can sign up onsite at the paystaton, ask an employee or online.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can Suspend or Cancel your membership online or in person.

How many times can I wash my car each month?

Our Unlimited Monthly Packages are Truly Unlimited. As long as we are open you can wash as much as you want.

Do you close on Bad Weather Days

We strive to be open as much as possible but closing on Bad Weather Days is determined by the staff based on several different factors. The biggest factor is It needs to be safe for our employees to not only drive to work but to drive home. Low temperature is another factor. Washing in low temps can be unsafe for our equipment and your vehicle.

How can I get my vehicle detailed?

All details can be scheduled online, onsite or by calling and speaking to our detail manager

Are you locally owned?

Yes! We are locally owned and operated.

Do you have other locations?

No this is our only location now.

Do you have a Rain Wash Policy?

No we do not have a rain wash policy, but we do have unlimited memberships that allow you to wash as much as you want.

Are you touchless?

We are not touchless. We used a combination of Friction, Soaps and High Pressure to get your car Truly Clean.

Do you Re-use your water?

Yes! We recycle 98% of all FreshWater using a Reclaim Unit allowing us to use only 18 Gallons of FreshWater per car.

How long do your detailing services take?

It depends on which services you are needing. We have several different options for detailing that can be customized to fit your needs. Our scheduling service will show you the appropriate time frame each service can take but they are all subject to change on a case-by-case basis.
